Founded as The Constituents in 2019, The Washington Roast has built a bipartisan fan base with sold-out performances across the east coast in both red and blue states. Our show blends roast battles, sketch, and improv comedies with the latest absurd headlines—delivering jokes so wrong, they might just be right.

Charity at the Core of our Mission

To date, The Washington Roast has raised over $15,000 for various charities, including providing 3,000 meals for food-insecure families in the D.C. area. Our show was inspired by Seth Rogen’s Hilarity for Charity cause who we’ve proudly fundraised for in the fight agains Alzheimer’s.
